Is there Coverage for Lightning Damage?
In short, you are covered, under the Homeowner’s -3 (all peril) policy & Dwelling Property (DP-3) policy. Companies will replace the damaged items. However they first will want to know if the damaged items can be repaired. If the items cannot be repaired the company will require a written explanation as to why it cannot.
